Were now in the 2nd half of the QoF year and time to think about setting your QoF alerts to look ahead to the end of the QoF year and what points and work needs to be done.
1 quick win is to ensure that you have set your status alerts to the end of the year rather than the ‘How am I driving’ view set at the beginning of the year.
In EMIS Web the alerts look forward 3 months by default. Set them to show alerts due by the end of year by going to EMIS -> Configuration -> Concepts Manager then click ‘Concepts Configuration‘ then select ‘End of QoF Year (01/Apr/2017)‘ and click OK
In TPP SystmOne the alerts look back from today by default. Set them to show alerts due by the end of year by going to Setup -> Users & Policy -> Organisational Preferences then expand Clinical Policy and click QoF then select Use ‘End of Financial Year’ figures for QoF Alerts and click OK
